Work you'll do

• Collaborate with ML staffing managers and the GDC team to formulate and analyze HK resource management reports.
• Conduct regular communication with business owners in HK regarding the team's UT% status, identify individuals with low UT%, and determine root causes to provide solid analytical support for business and talent decisions.
• Follow up on aligned action plans with PIC/MICs to improve resource management efficiency and effectiveness, with a result oriented mindset.
• Coordinate resources across PICs and teams, using personal judgment on flexibility and policy leverage.
• Collect and update HK talents' project credentials and skills regularly to support resource allocation across projects, offerings, and OPs.
• Integrate information on resources' skills and availability to provide data-driven support for hiring plans to HK OPLs.

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

Technical Requirement:

• Basic understand of resource management mechanism in consulting firm environment.
• 3 years of operational related work experience
• Fluent user of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Cantonese and English

• Show a high level of emotional intelligence to manage and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
