• Conduct rigorous product and site trials of EV Charging applications, ensuring their performance, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems.
• Implement digital EV charging applications on-site according to approved designs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
• Provide project management support to product managers and sales teams, offering insights on potential launch dates and maintaining product SOPs and installation guides.
• Develop and deliver technical training for EV Charging products to internal technical and business teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of the solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to identify, evaluate, test, and qualify new products and technologies that enhance the company's EV Charging offerings.
• Review and maintain product support documentation and organize product seminars for customers and prospects, facilitating their understanding and adoption of the solutions.
• Support the demonstration of EV Charging products and handle customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to the conception, design, and development of IoT networks that support EV Charging solutions, optimizing their performance and scalability.
  
  

• Bachelor s degree in computing, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working knowledge and experience with Digital Platforms and EV Charging Solutions.
• Familiarity with EV Charging and Digital Platform management protocols such as OCPP.
• Experience in on-site project implementation and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of EV Charging solutions.
• Working knowledge of software and product testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
