Our client, a top US law firm, is looking for a BD Specialist to support their business development (BD) in their Beijing and Hong Kong offices. The ideal candidate will report to the Head of BD, Asia and should be proficient in writing both Chinese and English, with a particular focus on creating pitch books in Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate pitches, presentations, and global proposals
• Manage pitch content, Business Development materials, and Chinese translations
• Draft communications and support business development plans
• Manage budgets, track invoices, and collaborate with the global team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm
• Experienced in creating Business Development materials, pitch proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Proficient in MS office and database applications
