Our client, a local asset management company, is now seeking a candidate for the position below:

Responsibilities:

• Support relationship managers in managing client relationships, including account onboarding, KYC procedures, handling client transactions, and providing back-office assistance.

• Coordinate with private banks, securities firms, insurance brokers, and other financial institutions to address and resolve client inquiries on a daily basis.

• Execute trades across various financial products, such as foreign exchange (FX), equities, mutual funds, and structured products.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring smooth workflow and documentation.

• Assist in financial operations, including daily payment processing, intercompany reconciliations, managing third-party payables/receivables, monthly invoicing, financial transaction monitoring, and processing employee expense claims.

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines or other relevant qualifications.

• Qualification of HKSI 1.

• 1 year of related experience in financial industry is preferable.

• Good communication skill and

• Good command of English and Mandarin.

• Fresh graduates and IANG holders are welcome.
