Greet and serve patients and visitors at the Patient Service Centre
Act as a patient service ambassador at the hospital, assist and provide support to patients and visitors at all times
Assist patients in admission and insurance arrangements
Answer telephone and email enquiries regarding the hospital services
Carry out daily routine task at the Patient Service Centre
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
Fresh graduate are welcome
Prior experience in airline, hospitality industry environment preferred advantage
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with positive attitude, and able to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in English and Cantonese
Good PC skills
Shift duty required
