What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• As the product lead to manage and drive the deposit portfolio, payment and card businesses

• Formulate product strategies and action plans to achieve the business targets

• Implement new product features and innovations to enhance customer experience and profitability

• High awareness on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities for timely actions to manage business performance.

• Coordinate with stakeholder teams to streamline and improve the system, process and workflow that related to deposit, payment and card

• Ensure full compliance and execution of governance policies and processes to meet both internal and regulatory requirements

What is required and what we’re looking for

• Degree holder with major in Finance, Business, Marketing or related discipline

• 8+ years of experience in product management in banking or financial industry (preferably in deposit, payment and card)

• Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth

• Good understanding of the risk and compliance framework for deposits or payment

• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
