Objective of the Position:
As a Sales Executive for the B2B business, this individual would follow up on or identify leads of wholesale distribution partners on her/his own and negotiate deal with these partners down to signing the actual contracts. The individual would continue to build relations with these accounts to further grow our business in the B2B channel, to complement the B2C business.

What You'll Do:

• Manage relationship with wholesale distribution partners and modern trade key accounts that focus in the beauty and skin care sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales/financial targets using effective strategies, communication and techniques. Understand client needs and customize proposals and presentations accordingly.
• Be the point of contact and serve as a trusted business advisor, translating business plans into actionable selling stories. 
• Utilize the CRM system to manage existing clients and ensure satisfactory sales fulfillment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products.
• Build strong relationship to ensure repeat business.

What You Have:

• University degree in business or management.
• At least 3 years of sales experience working in beauty, skin care, consumer healthcare, FMCG, fashion/apparel, watches and/or jewellery categories. Previous experience in e-commerce or online business is preferred, with knowledge of the K-beauty industry considered a valuable asset.
• Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial thinking with the passion to drive growth in a company in a targeted manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with an international team and build relationship with cross-functional peers as well as external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  
• High level of learning agility and tolerance of ambiguity.
• Fluency in English. Fluency in Korean and Chinese would be beneficial.
• Willing to travel.
