We are looking for an individual with a sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude for our sales associate. You should be passionate about health and fitness and thrive in an environment that pushes you to exceed personal and team goals. Additionally, you will work closely with our Customer Service team to ensure excellent service is provided to all our guests and members.

Job Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Welcome and engage visitors and members, representing GO24 Fitness
• Maintain client relationships and drive membership growth through sales and exceptional customer service
• Assist with marketing and PR efforts, both within and outside the gym
• Resolve member issues professionally and provide support with cancellations, renewals, and special events/promotions
• Achieve personal sales targets with minimum performance criteria and follow the sales process and member journey
• Generate leads through various actions, including social media outreach, messaging, calling, and engaging with members at events
• Participate in special events to promote the club
• Collaborate with the personal training team to onboard new members and sell personal training packages

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; university degree preferred
• 1 year of sales or similar experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
• Ambitious and motivated with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team and individual goals
• Reliable, flexible, and strong work ethic
• Passion for health and fitness with a desire to help others achieve their goals
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin preferer
