Job description

• Responsible for the procurement of transmission and data category communication equipment and related services, responsible for formulating category procurement strategies according to the company's business needs, coordinating with the demand department to formulate category annual procurement plans, organizing category procurement overall management, and responsible for the implementation of the entire procurement process, including: sourcing, inspection, evaluation, procurement organization, contract signing, etc.;
• Responsible for procurement cost control, meeting the company's annual overall cost control goals, benchmarking similar procurement businesses, through data analysis, combined with procurement strategies, formulate reasonable procurement plans, select suppliers with good cost and quality, and at the same time, continue to reasonably reduce procurement costs, complete the company's cost reduction indicators, and ensure product quality and on-time delivery;
• Responsible for supplier management and relationships Maintain and develop potential suppliers of categories, promote the establishment of multi-brand supplier resource reserves for similar procurement projects, be responsible for supplier qualification assessment, dynamic evaluation, grading, etc., and assist the company and department in the construction of supply management system;
• Be familiar with and strictly implement procurement processes and related procedures, compile and review all procurement process documents, ensure the standardization of procurement work, and ensure the compliance and completeness of procurement files;
• Have a holistic view and global awareness, be able to grasp the overall situation of the supply chain, have a good understanding of the current situation and development trends of domestic and foreign transmission or data equipment products and services and related supporting resources, be familiar with the domestic and overseas supply capabilities of category suppliers, learn excellent international supply chain management models, and optimize category procurement management.

Requirement

• Degree or above, 3-5 years or more of relevant work experience, with transmission or data professional background preferred;
• Familiar with the entire procurement process from sourcing to delivery, with complete engineering project procurement experience, communication network equipment or service related procurement experience preferred;
• Strong learning ability, good communication skills, strong data statistics and stress resistance, and good professional ethics and conduct;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Have a global vision, familiar with international business practices, and understand international supply chain management;
