Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact to provide cloud-related technical solutions according to the standard operating procedures (SOP) and service-level requirements (SLA)
• Ensure the safe and stable operation of cloud platform in terms of system monitoring, health checking, alarm handling and change plan handling etc
• Analyze and identify the potential risk and operational data for improvement
• Provide the regular report for management review

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in related disciplines with 2 years’ working experience in cloud computing technology
• Good understanding of Huawei Cloud / Ali Cloud / AWS / Azure is a must
• Knowledge of Linux, MySQL, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, HTTP or TCP/IP
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Shift duty is required (7x24)
