Description
Develop and implement a profit-driven strategy to achieve distribution targets, trade revenue optimisation, and brand visibility.
Collaborate with Sales Head and trade marketing team to identify market opportunities, set clear KPIs for field sales teams, and drive quality growth.
Manage strategic accounts, ensuring optimal exposure and maximising investment and growth potential, particularly in the eCommerce space.
Lead Field Sales teams, ensuring strong performance, effective route planning, and execution excellence to achieve annual sales targets.
Utilise business insights and analytic to refine strategies, achieve key objectives, and enhance future growth plans.
Profile
Bachelor degree holder in Business or related subjects.
Proven experience in sales and trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive field sales teams.
Excellent customer management abilities, particularly in working with key accounts and online platforms.
Analytically mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
