Your new role

You will be in the HAYS Insurance team - a team with a mature portfolio of clients and candidates in the insurance sector. You will be running end to end recruitment processes by identifying, interviewing candidates and introducing them to the best fit roles in the market. You will business develop and partner with new and existing clients to offer solutions to their talent challenge. This is a consultative sales role that is suitable for those seeking a dynamic and fast pace environment focused on results.

You will be working with diverse client and candidate portfolios in the market, and work closely with other colleagues within the Insurance team as well as work closely with business partners across other business units. We look to develop our people in the long term in a meritocratic environment where there is no limit to your career.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally candidates are bilingual and fluent in English and Cantonese, and have had either sales or recruitment experience. We are also open to fresh graduates with a passion for recruitment.
