Responsibilities


  • Execute sales strategies and achieve sales quotas by identifying and securing new business opportunities through territory management, target account profiling, and new prospecting appointments.
  • Proven ability to promote SaaS-based AI solutions to high-level executives and decision makers by demonstrating the transformative impact of AI on business operations. Skilled in articulating complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling manner to drive strategic buy-in and adoption.
  • Assess customer needs and present appropriate sales solutions, utilizing regional presales when necessary.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customer management, including hosting site visits if required.
  • Prepare sales order paperwork to ensure purchase orders reflect the correct configuration and solution for the customer and manage the order process through internal acceptance procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with established customers by monitoring installed systems, developing strategies for revenue maximization through expansions, upgrades, and additional systems, and providing accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status.
  • Act in accordance with the Information Security Policy and Information Management Policy and Privacy Policy.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Initiate and manage the sales process from lead generation to contact closure by developing and presenting proposals, pitches.
  • Ensure client’s satisfaction by monitoring project progress and resolving any issues.


Skills

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience in selling SaaS-based AI solutions to key accounts within the territory, effectively building and leading engagement with relevant decision makers.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Cantonese are required with the ability to penetrate and establish relationships with customer’s senior level executives.
  • Must possess excellent negotiation and closing skills with the proven ability to qualify prospects from both an operational and financial standpoint.
  • At least 5 years of direct sales experience within the enterprise software industry, selling complex software solutions and/or call center recording/monitoring systems.
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of sales success with high dollar value technology products/solutions.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS based AI solutions.


Professionals


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology or the equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of direct sales experience within the enterprise software industry, selling complex software solutions and/or call center recording/monitoring systems.
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of sales success with high dollar value technology products/solutions.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS based AI solutions.


Personal Attributes


  • A Sales Hunter, must be able to prospect and identify business opportunities, conduct needs analysis and present and close solutions sales to targeted accounts.
  • A thorough knowledge of sales strategies and processes, with a working knowledge of telephony systems and products preferable.
