Adale is a new eCommerce venture founded by US-based Omar Rada and Hong Kong-based Justin Kuok. Together, they have extensive experience starting, operating, and investing in commerce brands that have sold well over $250M+ USD at retail globally.
We’re currently exploring building a new eCommerce company in the health & wellness space, and are looking for exceptional early team members to help us research and validate a handful of promising concepts. We’re open to part-time or full-time participation at this stage.
Marketing Role
We’re looking for an experienced marketer to join us in a flexible, early-stage capacity to help validate and develop our next eCommerce company, likely in the supplements or broader wellness space.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help develop and assess multiple brand concepts through rapid validation tests using your deep knowledge of paid media, creative, and conversion tactics specific to health & wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess & Refine Concepts: Leverage your supplements eCommerce background to evaluate product ideas, identify opportunities for improvement or critical red flags, and refine positioning.
- Launch & Optimize Validation Tests: Plan and execute small-scale paid campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, influencer/UGC), manage technical setup, and analyze data to gauge true customer intent and viability.
- Develop Performance Creative & CRO: Oversee or produce ad assets, landing pages, and funnel optimizations that communicate our value props effectively and drive conversions.
- Plan for Scale: For concepts that show promise, outline a growth roadmap—detailing how acquisition tactics, retention strategies, and brand-building efforts can support sustainable expansion.
Required Experience
- Proven Growth Marketing Experience at a U.S.-based eCommerce startup in the supplements or health/wellness category, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and influencer campaigns
- Full-Funnel Expertise from performance creative and AdOps to site CRO and conversion optimization
- Hands-on Understanding of how acquisition efforts tie into overall profitability in a recurring-purchase/LTV business model
- Resourceful, Proactive Mindset —capable of owning projects end-to-end and iterating quickly based on data
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Partnerships & Organic Channels that reduce CAC and build brand credibility (ex: organic content, PR, partnerships, affiliates, collabs, etc.)
- Retention Program Experience —familiarity with email, SMS, and subscription approaches that complement acquisition efforts
- eCommerce Growth Marketing Experience Beyond Supplements , bringing fresh perspectives on positioning and scale tactics
- Enthusiasm for AI Tools in day-to-day marketing workflows
- Experience and Comfort in an Early-Stage Environment
