We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team and take the lead in shaping our online presence. Job Responsibilities

• ⁠Plan and execute social media strategies, creating high-quality content for our official website, X, Instagram, and Telegram to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
• Write compelling copy, including posts and social media announcements, while effectively utilizing social media tools and platform features to improve content reach and interaction.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Web3 market trends and community culture, track industry dynamics and competitors, develop effective content strategies, and continuously optimize based on data analysis results.
• ⁠⁠Manage daily operations of social media platforms, including community interaction, responding to comments, and organizing community events, to foster positive relationships with community members.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to assist in content creation, increasing output and quality while ensuring alignment with brand image and style.
• Regularly track key metrics on social media platforms (e.g., follower growth, interaction rates, reach) and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and refine content strategies.

Qualifications

• A degree or higher in marketing, communications, creative media, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent copywriting, creative thinking, and visual presentation skills, with the ability to create attention-grabbing content that resonates with target audiences.
• Familiarity with the operation and algorithms of social media platforms like X, Instagram, and Telegram, and knowledge of how to enhance content reach and interaction.
• ⁠Familiarity with image editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• ⁠⁠Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney, with the ability to effectively use these tools to improve work efficiency and content quality.
• Passion for Web3 culture, proactive attitude, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• ⁠⁠Proficiency in English and Mandarin on communication level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in social media management within the Web3 or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
• ⁠⁠Knowledge or experience in the Web3 or cryptocurrency industry is a bonus.
