Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts in our new Shenzhen Office and the surrounding region. This role is a blend of sales leadership and marketing strategy, requiring the ability to identify new business opportunities, strengthen brand presence, and foster client relationships. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a strong understanding of the regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the Shenzhen market and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and promote Artem's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt corporate strategies for the local market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Artem Technologie AG at trade shows, conferences, and industry events in China.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the technology or sustainability sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Shenzhen market and its business environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; native level of Mandarin is a mandatory. 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Understanding of CBAM regulations or similar sustainability frameworks is an advantage.
