About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our agile, forward-thinking development team. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable, cloud-native applications and integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI into modern web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications (front-end and back-end)
• Build scalable services using modern cloud-native architectures on Azure
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and data scientists to integrate GenAI models and APIs into business applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
• Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in full stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, .NET, Java, etc.)
• Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Back-end experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL)
• Solid understanding of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes a plus)
• Familiarity with GenAI models and services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar)
• Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service or similar GenAI APIs
• Exposure to vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or RAG architectures
• Experience in building chatbots, copilots, or AI-enhanced UIs
