Key Opinion Leader Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating and closing deals to enhance business opportunities.
Channel Partner Management: Systematically oversee and collaborate with channel partners, as well as cross-functional teams within MicroPort, to build and expand the company's portfolio.
Brand Ownership: Take proactive ownership of our brands, fostering increased understanding and desire for our service concepts among key influencers.
Business Development & Growth: Drive new business initiatives and ensure growth while maintaining profitability and adhering to country-specific regulations and cultural guidelines.
Growth Opportunity Identification: Work in tandem with the global headquarters team to identify and prioritize new growth and expansion opportunities within the region, developing and executing strategies for success.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the global headquarters team to identify and engage with key stakeholders and influencers in both the public and private sectors to promote coronary product portfolios.
The Successful Applicant
Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience medical device. Experience in Hong Kong, preferably in Cardiology / Urology/ General Surgery.
Distributor Management: Proven experience in managing distributors and channel partners.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and collaborating with channel partners.
Education & Personality: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science related disciplines, coupled with a well-organized, results-oriented, and cooperative personality.
Business Acumen: Strong business sense and a keen understanding of market trends.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Leadership Skills: Excellent people management, customer service, and leadership abilities.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in negotiation.Fluency in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Organizational Skills: High level of organizational capability and strategic planning.
Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations and analyze data effectively.
Bonus Qualification: A track record of driving disruptive business growth would be an added advantage.
