Responsibilities:Formulate sales strategies and identify opportunities to drive revenue and net new account growth across new and existing customers to extend CloudMile’s footprint in Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence solutions.Work with pre-sales and PMO to define the unique selling proposition and sales direction for breaking into new accounts and upselling to existing customers.Identify business challenges and adopt a consultative approach to present technical solutions.Develop and execute account plans, meet and exceed targets, and build value through a consultative approach while maintaining customer relationships.Drive overall account expansion within the Hong Kong region with the right culture and philosophy.
Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience.Fluent English and Cantonese speaking is a must; Mandarin ability will be highly appreciated.8+ years of sales experience in Internet, software, or Systems Integrators industries as an account and relationship manager.Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite executives in organizations.Ability to break into greenfield accounts to expand CloudMile’s business in a new region.Proven track record of successful sales with large-scale customers or enterprises.Effective presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, IT management, and developers.A strong self-starter with knowledge of the local IT landscape, especially in the public sector or digital-native space.Possesses energy and a strong belief in teamwork to build the right company culture.
Preferred Qualifications:A strong understanding of cloud adoption, data, and artificial intelligence is preferred.Track record of driving demand generation events to support pipeline growth.
