About the Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you will drive business growth in the APAC region by managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This role is crucial in expanding market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will play a key part in a dynamic, fast-growing company at the forefront of staking infrastructure, where your results-oriented mindset will directly impact our client’s success in the industry.


This is a remote role for candidates based in Hong Kong.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • With a sound understanding of the staking, review leads and qualify opportunities to cultivate prospects and build a robust sales funnel.
  • Drive business growth in the APAC region by promoting staking services across various networks.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets, including acquiring new customers, increasing assets staked, and driving revenue.
  • Manage relationships in the region, providing onboarding and ongoing support for customers throughout their journey.
  • Develop and enhance sales materials to support client pitches.
  • Address inbound customer inquiries and track pain points to ensure effective resolution.
  • Implement customer satisfaction practices to boost retention and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization, collaborating closely with product development, sales, and support teams to share insights and feedback.
  • Work with Customer Success to keep clients informed about product updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand the landscape of staking providers in the region.
  • Coordinate and participate in regional events as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members across different regions to ensure operational excellence and a consistent brand representation.


Who You Are

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in end-to end sales, preferably in blockchain infrastructure/staking solutions.
  • Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident or possess the right to work in Hong Kong, as this role requires local employment arrangements.
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Successful experience in scaling tech or fintech sales initiatives and exceeding new business sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales cycle.
  • Experience in inbound/outbound lead generation and managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Success in driving customer expansion and advocating for their unique needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and opportunities.
  • Strong interest in crypto and blockchain, with knowledge of staking concepts.
  • Self-starter ready to engage in all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Solutions-oriented with a pragmatic approach to efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Results-driven individual with high emotional intelligence, eager to collaborate with a growing team.
  • Proven track record of customer advocacy in a rapidly evolving space.
