Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer satisfaction, hiring, and communication, and m aintaining a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
