Position: Team Leader / Senior Sales Manager ( General Trade )
This role requires driving a strong strategic vision for building and managing General Trade Team excellence while achieving route-to-market effectiveness. It is critical to lead the General Trade sales team in delivering sales excellence, maximizing Haleon brand exposure, and enhancing consumption to secure a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic leadership and formulate sales objectives and strategies for General Trade and Macau that align with overall company goals.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and enhance customer relationships across all brands in Hong Kong. Optimize brand development to grow market share.
- Drive Independent Drug Stores and Macau Go-To-Market strategies by effective store segmentation and focusing on maximizing in-store excellence to outperform competitors and achieve channel KPIs.
- Leading team to identify potential emerging channels , E-Commerce and new business opportunities to leverage new possibilities
- Drive profitability maximization through Net Revenue Management and continuously enhance account productivity.
- Strengthen customer partnerships through effective programs and valuable trade insights.
- Establish effective collaboration across functions to achieve common business objectives.
- Drive effective people management by providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree
- +8 years' in related sales experience in OTC / Healthcare / FMCG industry
- Proven experience in General Trade management and sales leadership
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
