Perform leasing and tenancy management of the Group's F&B stores / property portfolio
Strengthen business network and maintain professional relationship with both landlords, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
Liaise closely with property developers and property owners in acquiring suitable sites • Contracts & budget management for rental of shops
Conduct in-depth site analysis, market research, evaluate the performance of current & potential premises and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease evaluation
Conduct leasing administration works including reviewing Tenancy Agreement and preparation of outgoing letter correspondence to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities
Handle ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development,candidate with F&B or retail background is an advantage
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
