Job Summary

We’re on the hunt for a passionate Community & Partnership Manager to grow and nurture our Telegram and Discord communities while forging strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem. You’ll be the heartbeat of our community—hosting campaigns, maintaining engagement, and working with admins to keep the vibes strong. Simultaneously, you’ll scout and secure collaborations, AMAs, and cross-promotions with like-minded Web3 projects to amplify our reach. If you’re a people-person with a knack for Web3 networking, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management: Oversee our Telegram and Discord communities, fostering a welcoming and active environment for members.
• Engagement Campaigns: Plan and host regular campaigns, events, and activities (e.g., giveaways, tournaments, Q&As) to keep the community buzzing and engaged.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with a team of admins to maintain order, enforce guidelines, and ensure a positive community experience.
• Partnership Outreach: Identify and connect with similar Web3 communities, projects, and influencers for collaborations, AMAs, and co-marketing opportunities.
• Promotion Strategy: Work with partners to execute joint initiatives that drive awareness and traffic to GEDA.
• Feedback Loop: Gather community insights and relay them to the team to improve our platform and offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in community management and/or partnership roles within Web3, crypto, or gaming ecosystems.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to engage diverse global audiences.
• Web3 Savvy: Deep understanding of Web3 culture, trends, and community dynamics, with active participation in Telegram/Discord ecosystems.
• Networking Skills: Proven ability to build relationships and secure partnerships with Web3 projects, communities, or influencers.
• Organizational Prowess: Strong multitasking skills to juggle community engagement and outreach efforts seamlessly.
• Bonus Points: Experience hosting AMAs or moderating large-scale Web3 community events.
