Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR operations exposure in financial services environment, with a coverage of Mainland China office preferable.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while keeping relevant stakeholders up to date on his/her work.
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously.
