They are seeking an experienced and motivated Performance Marketing Assistant Manager with a strong focus on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and account management for regional clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing campaigns, improving sales performance, and delivering data-driven insights to guide business recommendations.


The Role:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for regional client accounts , ensuring exceptional service and results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance analysis reports, including actionable business recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine campaign strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of SEM efforts with broader marketing strategies.


The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English required.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEM and account management in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record in improving sales performance through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or similar platforms are a plus.
