About the Role:

As a Teacher and Curriculum Designer at NovaLearn, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our educational programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Instructional Delivery: Conduct after-school activities and holiday camps at various international schools throughout Hong Kong.
• Curriculum Development: Participate in the design of engaging and interactive learning materials that will captivate and educate students.
• Content Creation: Develop and refine educational content with a focus on clear communication, compelling visuals, and pedagogically sound strategies.
• Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of educators, designers, and technology experts in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in education is preferred. Advanced degrees, including master’s in education, are considered an asset.
• Professional Experience: 2 years of prior teaching experience is preferred.
• Creative Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to develop captivating learning experiences.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented, organized, with robust research and writing capabilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Eagerness to be trained and proficient in STEAM and AI topics, as well as design tools such as Canva.
