We are working on behalf of global Fashion/ Lifestyle Brand to identify the next best in class senior leadership talent.
Working with the Senior Leadership Team, within the HR function, you will be overseeing all strategic and operational HR initiatives within the organization.
This role will be pivotal in shaping the culture and effectiveness of the workforce through Organizational Design, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development and Reward Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management and Communication :
- Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR insights to support business goals.
- Build strong relationships across the organization, ensuring open lines of communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Lead HR presentations and reports for the executive team, ensuring transparency and clarity on HR matters.
Talent Acquisition:
- Provide strong leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, driving best practices in recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding.
- Ensure the recruitment processes are optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and diversity.
- Track and analyse key TA KPIs (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire), ensuring data-driven recruitment strategies are employed.
- Implement innovative sourcing methods and tools to attract the best talent for the business.
Organization Design :
- Lead and implement organizational design strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring the structure enables efficient processes and business success.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, job design, and re-structuring when necessary to optimize resources and talent allocation.
Performance Management :
- Drive innovation and excellence in performance management processes, ensuring they are modern, agile, and effective in fostering employee growth and accountability.
- Ensure the implementation of clear goals, continuous feedback loops, and recognition processes to align employee performance with organizational objectives.
Training and Development :
- Lead the company’s training academy, creating a clear vision and strategy for employee development across all levels.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs that enhance the capabilities of employees and build leadership pipelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Reward, Compensation and Benefits :
- Oversee the development, implementation and management of the company’s compensation and benefits strategy.
- Ensure competitive and equitable reward systems to attract, motivate, and retain top talent while aligning with market standards and internal equity.
- Continuously evaluate and improve reward programs to drive employee satisfaction and engagement.
Budget Management :
- Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring all initiatives, programs, and processes are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide insight and analysis on workforce cost trends and compensation planning to optimize HR investments.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least [insert number] years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in reward, compensation, and benefits management, with a strong understanding of market trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of implementing innovative performance management processes that drive engagement and results.
- Experience in leading a training academy or learning and development function , with a clear vision for organizational growth and employee development.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices , KPIs, and experience leading recruitment teams.
- Ability to manage and understand budgets, ensuring financial effectiveness within the HR function.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms and data-driven decision-making.
