We are looking for an experienced and results-driven VVIP Nation Client Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and developing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with our VVIP nation clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and support.
Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify potential clients and develop strategies to acquire new business.
Research market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns.
Responsible to acquire new sales as well as grow sales volume
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
3. Sales Performance & Reporting
Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
5 years of experience above in sales, account management, or business development
Aggressive, independent & result-oriented with positive attitude
Good level of proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken forms
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
Basic computer and Ms-office operating skill is required
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
