We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic festival team at Live Nation and Twenty Eight Group Holding Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, analysing market trends and driving business growth. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking as well as experience in both online and offline marketing.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, revenue growth and market share.
  • Set marketing goals and objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies.


2. Content & Campaign Management:

  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional media platforms.
  • Manage content creation for blogs, newsletters, websites, social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).


3. Brand Management & Positioning:

  • Strengthen and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop compelling brand messaging to engage target audiences and manage relationships with media outlets, influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Organize and promote events, sponsorships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, advertisements, promotional content and differentiation strategies.


4. Market Research & Analysis:

  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and partners for marketing initiatives.
  • Manage company website updates and ensure its optimization for conversions.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Threads, Rednote, Instagram, Tiktok ads etc software) and experience with social media platforms, paid advertising, and content marketing and focus on Gen Z market
  • Strong understanding of music is a plus
  • Independent, self-initiative, responsible and detailed-oriented
  • Innovative and creative, result-driven person with strong ownership and able to work independently
  • Experience in copywriting and content creation is a plus
  • Successful candidate will be potentially promoted to manager or senior level
