Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Park operations and team
- Adapt the business strategy based on regular assessments of the business plan, budget, and market conditions.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Guide and develop the team to meet the company's objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years or relevant experience -
- Self-motivated; self-starter; Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in management experience of playground/playhouse or center will be a strong advantages
