Groundswell is a one-of-a-kind restaurant in Kai Tak blending great food with art, music, and surf-inspired community vibes. We’re looking for a business-minded, people-focused General Manager to run daily operations and drive growth.

What You’ll Do:
Own the full operation of the restaurant—P&L, staffing, service, quality, and cleanliness
Lead and coach a strong team to deliver a high-performing, high-energy environment
Drive guest satisfaction and repeat business through operational excellence
Hire, train, and develop team members with purpose
Track KPIs, manage costs, and find ways to improve daily
Oversee inventory, cost control, scheduling, and budgeting
Engage with our local community and support cultural events
Collaborate directly with ownership to shape the brand’s future
Who You Are:
3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or fast-growing F&B environments
Business-savvy: You understand margins, revenue, and scheduling
People-first: You know how to build teams, grow culture, drive performance, and lead with empathy
Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and passionate about making things better
Experience in Hong Kong's F&B industry preferred
Food Safety Certification required (or ability to obtain)
