Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage and growing eCommerce business on in-house eShop (Shopify) and oversea market. Drive online sales, optimize overall operations, and enhance the customer experience.
• Oversee the eCommerce business across the in-house Shopify store and international markets, ensuring seamless operations and sales growth.
• Manage daily activities on eCommerce platforms, develop and execute online sales strategies, and optimize performance to achieve a positive ROI.
• Streamline eCommerce operations, including pricing updates, product and stock management, logistics coordination, promotions, customer service, and content localization, with support from local teams.
• Analyze online sales performance and implement data-driven strategies to achieve key eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, transactions, and revenue), with comprehensive monthly performance reports.
• Leverage market and internal data to understand consumer behavior, identify emerging trends, and provide insights for continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective CRM campaigns and strategies, enhancing the online-to-offline sales journey and improving the customer experience.
• Support ad hoc operational tasks and projects as required.

 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in business or related discipline
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience in B2C online platform
• Good command of English and Chinese in written and spoken forms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Passionate and strong knowledge of Beauty/Skincare/ Personal Care is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Shopify, Google applications.

 

Key Success Factors:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with marketplaces/eCommerce platforms.
• Preferably with E-Commerce Shop Development experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and independent worker.
