About the job:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Media Sales Manager to join our team. As a key player in she.com, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through digital sales channels, content marketing, web development or events. Your role will involve market research, developing creative strategies, and collaborating closely with supporting teams to provide tailored solutions to our valued clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify trends and opportunities, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account servicing team, technology team, content development team, design & shooting crew, performance & analysis specialist to create tailored proposals that address clients' specific needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative digital sales strategies through advertising, content, events, influencer marketing, etc. to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide reports to client; offering insights and recommendations for improvement to internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital sales and marketing.

You Have These:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital sales/ marketing with at least 2-3 years.
  • Understanding of digital sales channels, online advertising, and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure; collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
