Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end talent acquisition process including talent search through effective channels, screening, interviewing, onboarding as well as related employment and separation formalities.
• Partner with hiring departments to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance to line departments on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, engagement and retention.
• Prepare regular HR reports and assist in data analysis.
• Participate in HR projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations, preferably in property management.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, detail-minded and a good numerical sense.
• Self-motivated, of can-do attitude and able to follow through.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ ordinances.
