About the Role:

As a Network Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the firm’s mission-critical infrastructure. You’ll design, optimize, and maintain high-performance trading networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and system reliability across global markets. You’ll collaborate closely with traders, infrastructure engineers, and developers to deliver solutions that push the boundaries of speed and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Optimize & Secure – Safeguard trading infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and peak performance.
• Engineer & Automate – Deploy, maintain, and enhance low-latency networks using cutting-edge automation and orchestration.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with trading and technology teams to implement best-in-class connectivity solutions.
• Scale & Monitor – Manage network telemetry, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across colocation data centers.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in IT, networking, or trading infrastructure support.
• Strong expertise in Cisco (L2/L3), Arista, network security, multicast routing, and low-latency trading environments.
• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting (Python, Bash, Salt).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data center networking.
• Knowledge of electronic trading systems and financial markets is a plus.
