Establish and maintain smooth running and effectiveness of Catering & MICE Department;
Coordinate and implement promotion activities to maximize business opportunities;
Arrange and conduct site visits, presentations and meetings for all potential guests;
Make and personalize arrangements with guests for all catering & MICE events according to guests’ needs and expectations;
Provide courteous and efficient service to guests and manage relationships;
Prepare event proposal, quotations, contracts, orders and reports;
Analyze market trends and explore new business opportunities;
Carry out ad-hoc and special assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred;
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience;
Good interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills;
Strong communication and sales negotiation skills with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Proficiency in PC knowledge and MS Office applications;
Flexible to work in evenings, weekends and/or holidays;
Knowledge of Delphi and Opera is preferred;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Catering & MICE Sales Manager.
