About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Intern to join our Engagement & Communications Team in the HR department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the production and coordination of diversified souvenirs.
  • Help maintain accurate records and data related to engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Engagement Team, ensuring smooth operations.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Solid Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A genuine interest in HR, employee engagement, and event planning.
  • Able to work for 3 days per week
