職責及資歷

• 接聽客戶維修電話, 處理查詢及投訴   (無需銷售)
• 聯絡外勤員工進行維修
• 支援外勤員工以維持服務中心的運作
• 協助其他形式之工作，如: 文書工作，監控安全情況，網上回覆客戶查詢，更新電腦記錄等
• 中五程度，具 1-2 年客戶服務或熱線中心工作經驗
• 具物業管理、保安或客戶服務之相關工作經驗(優先考慮)
• 懂中英文電腦操作，必須懂得中文輸入法 (每分鐘20字)
• 良好溝通技巧及應對能力
• 良好待遇及完善福利
• 需輪班工作
