Description

As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of the luxury boutique. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated sales associates, ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, and oversee all aspects of store operations.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance and brand growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
• Oversee visual merchandising to maintain the store's luxurious and inviting ambiance.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Uphold the brand's standards of excellence in all aspects of the store's operations.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
• Passion for luxury fragrance and lifestyle products with a deep understanding of the industry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, and native in Cantonese.
