Responsibilities

• Develop and update valuable content for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms targeted;
• Manage social media accounts (mainly FB, IG, XHS) and monitor their follower base and engagement to maximise brand reach;
• Use SEO best practices to drive traffic the company digital channels;
• Build relationships with media and KOLs to drive continued awareness;
• Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign;
• Plan promotion of new offers and campaign initiatives, and ensure that all are updated and aligned across channels;
• Participate in the management of photo and video content creation;
• Plan and monitor day-to-day activities of select social media and directory tools (Tripadvisor, OpenRice, Google);
• Suggest and manage editorial content calendars and develop on-brand content (posts, photos, videos, infographics, etc) in conjunction with operations and marketing;
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and its advertising, marketing and digital media landscape, to contribute actively with creative ideas.

Skills and Qualifications

• Well-versed in digital marketing with a strong knowledge of SEO & Social Media best practices;
• Participate in the management of photo and video content creation;
• Agile and organised when managing multiple competing priorities, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Natural creative flair and talented story-teller with outstanding copywriting and social media skills;
• Confident written and verbal communication skills;
• Relevant experience in the Hospitality, F&B experience is preferable. Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin all essential, other languages is an advantage.
