Responsibilities:

• Manage and design all Marketing programs roll-out operational logistics and preparation in both Mass and Corporate Business
• Manage end-to-end UAT/PAT to ensure the product, service and system enhancement is working properly before put-live
• Assist to development and enhancement in Call Centre Service System
• Participate in Digital Transformation project to contribute towards mapping customer journey and business
• Support ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service, marketing and business support, preferably gained in online banking / telecommunication industry
• Strong communication skill and able to distill complex information and translate into clear indicated actions
• Good business and service sense, with strong negotiation, planning and organization skills
• Good analytical thinking, self-motivated and independent judgement and able to deliver under tight timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior position.
