Handle incoming phone calls and guests' inquiries for room reservations
Input and update guests’ information in the reservations system
Provide administrative support in preparing reports and filings
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree holder of Tourism / Hospitality Management or related discipline
Minimum 1 year’s relevant reservations experience in hotels or travel operators
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Well-versed in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
Attentive to details and well-organized
