Responsibilities:

• Assist to drive and enhance quality and coverage of various telecom roaming related services and products
• Perform daily roaming operations, assure inbound / outbound roaming quality
• Implement to update roaming partners information and data analysis for management review
• Handle complain case and interconnection management of IPX, SCCP & IDD
• Act as project owner for ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate business operations, planning & analysis, preferable in telecom or MNC
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more relevant experience to be considered as Senior Position.
