Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning, organizing and implementing effective Company programs, promotional events and in-house activities
• Support to prepare comprehensive partnership plans that algins with overall Company strategy
• Involve in identifying and engaging business partners to establish strategic relationships
• Assist in integrating people and work process to execute the Company program and support the event
• Participate in liaising with all vendors and suppliers and in-house team members throughout all phases of the event
• Provide reports and analyses to track and monitor the performance of partnership initiatives and program status
• Support on social media platform and internal communications

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
• With relevant 3 years of experience in project planning and management
• Experienced in corporate partnership, sales and marketing would be an advantage
• Process good analytical, time management and communication skills
• A good team player, proactive and attention to detail
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
