About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in designing, developing, and evolving 3G/4G/5G NSA and SA packet core networks
• Oversee the design and rollout of mobile data services for both B2B and B2C customers
• Continuously enhance mobile data network performance and user experience
• Mentor and train team members to improve their technical skills

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, of which at least 7 years in data services
• Strong expertise in Mobile Packet Core Networks, Data Services, Policy and Charging Control and Roaming
• A drive team lead with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, keep abreast of technology trends and developments
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua is a plus
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
