Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customer journey for loyalty and retention
• Work with cross-functional departments to implement CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement level and customer data quality
• Consolidate and analyze customer behavioral data, generate insights from in-depth analysis
• Identify market segment opportunities and formulate the upsell / retention strategy of each segment
• Monitor subscriber base and revenue movement, analyze the usage behavioral change before and after program
• Measure, report and analyze marketing program effectiveness, keep track of inbase performance with company KPIs
• Support for ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Quantitative Analysis, Business Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in telecom, banking or insurance products
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong numerical sense
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Skills of customer segmentation and data analysis would be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
