About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical supports for multiple business activities initiated by internal stakeholders
• Arrange and manage the team members to perform field survey and benchmarking
• Analyze network data, propose an optimal solution, and monitor the progress for special events and customer complaints
• Assist the supervisor to respond tender requirements for supporting sales activities
• Conduct on-site evaluation & manage ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering, Science, Engineering related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in mobile industry
• Previous exposure in complaint handling or field survey is a plus
• A positive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
