The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating operation and activities of Sino Inno Lab and The Spark (under Sino Group), which is an open platform and innovation knowledge sharing and technology education event hub for innovators to validate their deep tech solutions, explore business opportunities in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. 

• Planning, implementing and organising innovation education engagement and promotion programmes at The Spark and One North to stakeholders including but not limited to local and international business and industry associations, schools and universities, as well as public and media organisations
• Facilitating guided tours at Sino Inno Lab and The Spark for visitors to understand the latest technology applications in Sino Group and the real estate industry
• Monitoring and maintaining the operation of technology solutions at Sino Inno Lab and The Spark
• Maintaining a close liaison with internal and external stakeholders for innovation education programmes
• Bringing in new exciting technologies especially in AI to enrich the technology showcase at The Spark
• Any other duties as assigned by the department head

Requirements

• Degree in Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferrably in innovation and technology industry, start-up community and STEAM education 
• Possess event management experience, especially for general public
• Possess a keen interest and good knowledge about technology and innovation related to AI, sustainability technology and property technology
• Good spoken and written communication in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work on selective public holidays and weekends under special circumstances
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
