Contract Corporate Communication & Development Officer (Ref: HQ-CCDO/250402-250412)
Perform marketing and communications functions, especially in handling content creation, ad posting and maintenance of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc, to reinforce brand image, promote services and engage audience
Establish good relationships with the media to build the Association's brand.
Assist in planning and executing the association's promotional strategies and events.
Implement the association's promotional activities and establish and maintain a network that includes media and other relevant non-governmental organizations.
Coordinate the production and distribution of regular newsletters and other publications.
Assist the Corporate Communications and Development Manager in establishing good communication and collaboration with businesses, government, and other relevant non-governmental organizations.
Assist in executing various innovative programs and fundraising activities.
Help maintain good communication between the association and its donors.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree and met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent
At least 3 years’ work experience in communication /marketing or related field
Proficient in using computer software (MS Office), multimedia production (graphic design, short clips production) and social media application
Strong communication skills and good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Strong interpersonal and organising skills, creative, presentable, dynamic, independent and able to handle multiple tasks
Good with Photoshop and AI system will be an advantage
Photography and Video production skills will be an advantage
Working Hours: 44 hours per week (5-day work week)
Working Location: North Point
